Whilst Richie and his team complete the physical work, his wife Lucy handles the day to day running of the business.

Lucy has spent many years in operational roles, building positive relationships, which has enabled her to gain a wealth of customer service experience which she feels is essential in running a successful company.

Managing Director: Richie Walters

Richie started off working for the family run business as an apprentice after he left school before forming R.W Roofing. Richie used his spare time to become a CSCS card holder and he holds a supervisor SSSTC qualification. He is fully qualified in solar panel installation after completing private training.

Having developed a wealth of experience in his 17-year career, Richie has found a passion for working on traditional and listed buildings, these types of projects can be very challenging, but the result is always worth it.

Richie’s priority has and will always be delivering a number one service to customers and making sure he has complete customer satisfaction.

  • 2015

    Waterproofing the BT line that runs under the city of London on the new Goldman Sachs HQ development, Farringdon Street.

  • 2017

    Site supervisor for Taylor Wimpey – fitting roofs in their Horsham site.

  • 2019

    Started R.W Roofing.

  • 2020

    On Reading Parish Council books for roofing work needing completing.
