We then installed new 18mm OSB boards, giving the roof a strong and stable deck. Over this, we applied three layers of high-performance felt, creating a durable waterproof covering designed to protect the property from further leaks.

The Finished Result

The finished flat roof gave the customer a properly installed, watertight system that replaced the failed previous workmanship. By removing the old coverings and rebuilding the roof surface correctly, the property now has far better protection against rainwater and future water ingress.
